I originally came to coaching as a way of enhancing my own personal transformation. After many years of sales and management training and experience, and being an entrepreneur, I had a perspective on how to relate to people that helped my customers as well as helping myself and coworkers reach a high level of success in business. That business success left me unfulfilled at the end as it left me unbalanced. I decided to become a professional coach when I realized that the unique co-active relationship between a coach and client was the most powerful type of relationship to help clients reach the level of satisfaction they were looking for in any and all areas of their lives.

Maverick coaching is unique in the fact that I have personally been to very high peaks in life/business, as well as through very low valleys. While personal experience is not necessary to be a great coach, my clients feel a level of connection with me based on my deep understanding of a variety of life circumstances.

As a CTI trained and certified C.P.C.C I practice a brand of Co-active coaching that is widely recognized as the top coaching methodology in the field in terms of clients' results.
